Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for education and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, quality patient care outcomes. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.
