Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside teaching while documenting care and maintaining a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals and adapt service delivery to cultural diversity and population-specific needs. Mentor preceptors and staff, participate in shared governance activities, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act. Full-time night shift required; associates nursing degree or diploma preferred with BLS certification.
