Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct comprehensive nursing care for neuro patients by performing the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports to ensure safe, individualized patient outcomes while documenting care timely. Partner with patients and families to set goals, provide just-in-time teaching, and maintain updated care plans. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act while mentoring staff and participating in shared governance activities.
