Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Participate in shared governance, performance improvement activities, and research utilization. Mentor staff and students, complete mandatory education, and develop clinical protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Adhere to Georgia Nurse Practice Act, TJC safety goals, and Wellstar policies. Night shift, full-time.
