Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice to ensure individualized patient care. Provide relationship-based, culturally diverse care while partnering with patients and families through bedside reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching. Coordinate safe quality care delivery via diverse interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and case reviews within a shared governance model. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and protocol development to promote patient safety and reduce adverse events. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional workforce development.
