Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families on goals and teaching. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and safe quality care within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Mentor staff and students, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards and TJC safety goals. Night shift, full-time.
