Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Coordinate safe quality care through timely documentation and diverse interdisciplinary communication. Complete mandatory education and serve as a preceptor or mentor to other nurses. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.
