Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families on goals and teaching. Coordinate safe quality patient care through interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and case reviews. Participate in shared governance, performance improvement activities, and research utilization to promote safety and reduce adverse events. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and develop protocols to improve care outcomes.
