Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients while adapting care to population characteristics and cultural diversity. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes and support service excellence goals. Partner with patients and families through bedside reports and teaching to keep them updated on care plans. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor for new staff, and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and shared governance activities. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.
