Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations for neuro patients while implementing individualized care plans based on evidence-based practice. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes, partnering with families to set goals and provide timely education. Uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar safety absolutes by completing mandatory education, serving as a preceptor, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Perform direct patient care across the continuum, utilizing critical thinking to address clinical questions and support shared governance at all system levels.
