Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care in a neurology acute care setting. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for bedside reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and teaching. Coordinate safe quality care through diverse interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and participation in shared governance and performance improvement activities. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice to support patient safety goals and reduce re-admission rates.
