Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care to patients and families. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation while partnering with significant others to set goals and ensure safe, quality outcomes. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement activities, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Maintain current clinical competencies through mandatory education and uphold Wellstar policies under the Shared Governance Model.
