Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care in a neuro acute care setting. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to evidence-based practice standards. Mentor staff and students, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Maintain licensure and complete mandatory education requirements. Night shift rotation.
