Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients across the care continuum. Provide relationship-based, culturally diverse care while partnering with families on bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching. Coordinate safe quality documentation and participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and shared governance activities. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice through value analysis and data collection. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC safety goals, and system policies. Night shift full-time role requiring RN licensure and BLS certification.
