Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct acute neuro care for patients across the continuum, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Partner with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams through bedside reports, rounds, and teaching to ensure individualized, culturally responsive outcomes. Coordinate safe quality care delivery, maintain timely documentation, and support performance improvement initiatives within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Mentor staff and students while completing mandatory education and competency assessments. Uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC safety goals, and organizational policies. Night shift full-time role in Georgia.
