Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement activities. Mentor staff and students, lead case reviews, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Maintain current licensure and certifications under the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Night shift, full-time. Wellstar Health Systems, integrated healthcare provider in Georgia.
