Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for education and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement activities. Mentor staff and students, lead case reviews, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC safety goals, and Wellstar policies. Night shift full-time role in Wellstar's integrated health system in Georgia.
