Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients across the care continuum. Provide relationship-based, individualized care while partnering with patients and families for education and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Uphold evidence-based practice standards, participate in performance improvement activities, and mentor new staff. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments.
