Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the Nursing Process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care to patients and families. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews while partnering with patients to set goals and update care plans. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to protocol development to reduce readmissions and adverse events. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and preceptor duties to support a qualified workforce. Adhere to Wellstar policies, the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and TJC safety goals. Night shift rotation required.
