Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and participate in case reviews and shared governance activities. Promote evidence-based practice by utilizing current clinical standards, conducting value analysis, and addressing practice questions with appropriate resources. Mentor staff and students, develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events, and ensure compliance with all Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar policies.
