Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for education and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement activities. Mentor staff and students, lead research initiatives, and develop protocols to improve patient safety outcomes. Adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar policies while managing direct patient care across the continuum.
