Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients while adapting care to individual needs and cultural diversity. Partner with patients and families through bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching to keep goals central to the plan. Coordinate safe quality care via timely documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and case reviews within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice activities. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC Patient Safety Goals, and all organizational policies while supporting recruitment and retention of team members.
