Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside teaching while documenting safe quality care. Partner with patients and families to set goals and update care plans. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement activities. Uphold Wellstar policies, evidence-based practice standards, and TJC safety goals.
