Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the neuro ICU while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Partner with patients and families to set goals and participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives to promote safe, quality outcomes. Mentor new staff and complete all mandatory education and competency assessments. Work night shifts as a proactive member of the Wellstar interdisciplinary team, upholding system policies and evidence-based practice standards.
