Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, culturally diverse care while partnering with patients and families for goal-focused plans. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, quality outcomes. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance activities. Mentor staff and students to develop a qualified workforce. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments. Uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act, TJC safety goals, and Wellstar policies. Perform night shift duties on a full-time basis.
