Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care. Provide relationship-based, culturally diverse care while partnering with patients and families on goals and education. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, quality outcomes. Participate in shared governance, performance improvement activities, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
