Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized clinical care for neuro patients, adapting service delivery to population characteristics and cultural diversity. Partner with patients and families using bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching to set and update care goals. Coordinate safe quality patient care through diverse interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and respectful collaboration within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association standards, and TJC Patient Safety Goals while completing mandatory education and serving as a preceptor. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events.
