Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Participate in shared governance, performance improvement, and research activities to promote clinical excellence. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and mentorship duties. Work night shifts in a clinical environment governed by the Wellstar Shared Governance Model and Nurse Practice Act.
