Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring timely documentation and safe quality outcomes. Participate in performance improvement activities, evidence-based practice initiatives, and shared governance to promote best practices and reduce adverse events. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development while upholding Wellstar policies, the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and American Nurses Association standards. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments to maintain licensure and clinical excellence.
