Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families through bedside reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching. Coordinate safe quality care delivery via timely documentation and diverse interdisciplinary communication. Participate in shared governance, performance improvement activities, and evidence-based practice initiatives to promote optimal outcomes. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to ensure a qualified future workforce. Uphold all Wellstar policies, regulatory standards, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
