Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, quality outcomes. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Full-time night shift required.
