Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Job Summary
Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery. Participate in shared governance, performance improvement initiatives, and research utilization to promote best practices. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development. Maintain current licensure and complete mandatory education and competency assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- Required direct patient care experience Preferred
