Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families to set goals and deliver education. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and participate in shared governance activities to promote safe, quality outcomes. Mentor staff and students, contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Adhere to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar policies while completing all mandatory education and competency assessments.
