Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families on goals and teaching. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to ensure workforce readiness and model professional nursing standards. Uphold legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements including TJC Patient Safety Goals. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments.
