Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the neuro acute care unit. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families on goals and teaching. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and safe quality care delivery within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Participate in performance improvement activities, evidence-based practice initiatives, and mentorship for new staff. Complete mandatory education and uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards. Work night shifts as a proactive member of the clinical team.
