Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations for neuro patients while implementing evidence-based care plans. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, document care progress, and partner with families to set patient goals and provide bedside teaching. Uphold the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, maintain BLS certification, and participate in shared governance activities and performance improvement initiatives. Complete mandatory education and serve as a preceptor for new staff. Night shift full-time position at Wellstar Health System.
