Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring all goals remain the focus of the plan. Document safe quality patient care timely and collaborate with the team to promote recruitment and retention. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement activities and evidence-based practice initiatives. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
