Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for bedside reporting, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching. Coordinate safe quality care delivery through timely documentation and diverse interdisciplinary communication methods. Uphold Wellstar policies, the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and TJC safety goals while participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance. Mentor staff and students to ensure a qualified workforce and model professional nursing standards.
