Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice for individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while maintaining timely documentation and fostering an inclusive clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide education, adapting service delivery to population-specific characteristics. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments, serving as a preceptor or mentor to develop future qualified nurses. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and protocol development to promote safe, quality outcomes aligned with Wellstar's shared governance model.
