Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the neuro unit. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for teaching and goal setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe quality outcomes. Participate in shared governance, performance improvement activities, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments. Adhere to Georgia Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar policies.
