Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients while adapting care to population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality patient care outcomes, and partner with families on bedside shift reports and just-in-time teaching. Uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association standards, and Wellstar policies by participating in shared governance, evidence-based practice initiatives, and performance improvement activities. Mentor staff and students to build a qualified workforce while completing mandatory education and competency assessments.
