Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice to ensure safe, individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation while partnering with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and precept new staff. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Adhere to Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act. Night shift, full-time; BLS certification required; Associates degree minimum with BSN preferred.
