Job Summary
Acute Care Physical Therapist (Peds) PRN at Wellstar. Performs PT evaluation and treatment planning, implements therapy services, educates patients and families, documents sessions, conducts discharge planning and referrals, collaborates with physicians and staff, adheres to ethical standards and infection prevention, and maintains licensure and mandatory education to support pediatric rehabilitation across the full continuum in a hospital setting. Requires relevant PT degree (DPT/PT) and licensure; Day shift in Augusta, KS (US).
Required Qualifications
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Physical Therapy or Masters Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy
- PT - Physical Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
