Acute Care - Physical Therapist (Peds) PRN

Implement the physical therapy treatment plan and select activities to progress patients toward mobility, pain relief, and strength goals. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate care programs, revising plans with patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals for community resources while documenting evaluations and sessions per departmental guidelines. Maintain confidentiality, observe infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities. Adhere to ethical business practices, dress code, and attendance policies. Work as a referral source for rehabilitation services and equipment.
