Job Summary

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams. Manage all aspects of patient care, including supervising assistants, aides, and students, and ensure thorough documentation and accurate billing. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement processes, and utilization review audits to drive clinical outcomes and program development. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license to support these responsibilities at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
