Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard practices. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Conduct evaluations, develop care plans with specific goals, and manage all aspects of patient supervision including assistants, aides, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to achieve department goals. Promote continuing education opportunities for self and staff. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, this 36-hour weekly role offers an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
