Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams. Manage patient care supervision, maintain thorough documentation and billing, and participate in quality improvement processes and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development strategies to grow the department. Requires current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items and ambulate patients. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
