Acute Care Physical Therapist

Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard procedures and modalities. Develop individualized care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments, history, and physician referrals. Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage patient care conferences, staff meetings, and utilization review audits to drive quality improvement and clinical outcomes. Maintain thorough patient documentation, complete accurate billing, and supervise assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality service delivery.
