Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct evaluations, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Supervise assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality care, manage documentation and billing accurately, and participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings. Engage in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and program development to meet department productivity standards and achieve Intermountain Health goals. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with 36 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting
