Acute Care Physical Therapist

Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard practices and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Supervise assistants, aides, and students while ensuring thorough documentation, accurate billing, and effective communication with patients, families, and physicians. Participate in quality improvement processes, interdisciplinary meetings, and program development to achieve department goals. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license.
